Your Daily Prayer For Healing-5/29/2012

Dear Goddess, I just got finished listening to an I Am meditation, with Wayne Dyer and James Twyman. I would like to use that meditation every day. The I Am is a vibration that resonates with the Divinity.

Even if I don’t listen to the CD every day, I have already gotten into the habit of using I Am as a mantra.

Our I Am statements may be the most important messages that we say to ourselves every day.

Most of the time, people say things to themselves or out loud like, “I am fat, I am at weak, I am sick, I am ugly, I am stupid, I am tired.”

Not only are statements like these negative self talk, but Wayne Dyer says these statements are taking the name of the Lord in vain.

Why?

Because I Am statements represent God in the Bible.

I am the Way and the Life.

I am the Resurrection.

I Am that Am.

Or as Moses said to God, “I am here.”

When my patients ring out recently, I like to go into their rooms and say “I am here!” It has a strong vibrational feel to it, and also it is funny. I always get a laugh when I say it.

I am here.

I am here, now. I am here in this moment in time. I am here watching a thunderstorm come rolling through. Pearl is also here, chewing a bone on the porch. I can tell that storms make her nervous. The bone has a way of calming her down.

Where ever we are, we are here. Let us learn to be here, in love, light and joy. In fact, let us resonate with love consciously and willingly.

Om Peace Amen
