Self-Healing With Love

I am thinking today about “self-healing” because I am about to put another EBook on the World Wide Web on that topic, called: “22 Keys For Self-Healing: Self-Healing For Nurses And Everyone Else!”

As I heal myself, the whole world seems to look lighter, brighter more friendly.

I spoke at length yesterday to Joel, my oldest friend. He disappeared for fifteen years and we all thought he was gone to the other dimensions.

He is very dear to me.

We spoke of healing most of all because of his illness and because of my book.

What does it mean to Self-Heal?

1) Do you take the time to heal yourself?

2) Do you take the time to contemplate the wonders of your life?

3) Do you take the time to just “be?”

4) Do you take the time to talk to your friends without distraction?

5) Do you take the time to plant a garden?

6) Do you take the time to sit with your hand atop the head of your favorite animal?

7) Do you take the time to practice the art of unconditional love?

Are You Taking The Time To Heal?

This last phrase came to me as I walked my dogs at Mill Creek.

The Phrase became the main head line of my sales letter.

Are you taking the time to heal?

If not, why not?

If so, please continue.

Because you are putting your healing imprint on the Universe.

Kate, Awesome blog. Working on healing today by clearing out stuff I haven’t used in a while. Amazed that my life has allowed me to collect so many things when I am not one for collecting! ~MJ

    Hi Mooie,
    Great list-post.
    Good job!
I had a little too many “no’s” to your questions..
    Need to think about that!

    C ya!

    HI Mooie
    nice blog & list,

I stopped work to take time out for myself and yes planted a new garden, so I was fortunate enough to say yes to all of the above.

I have never been seriously ill in my life so knowing when to have down time is a must.

Self Healing is so important but at times we need that extra bit of energy from others to boost our own.

    Nice to meet you Mooie

Kate, fantastic insights! I took the time this weekend - actually before reading this post! I “worked” on my flowerbeds, I visited with neighbors, I spent quiet time with my other half. I feel rejuvenated!

I can see where “List Posting” is a cool thing to do–keeps people interested, I think!!

I really appreciate everyone’s comments–MJ, cool to see self-healing in the Plutonian Purge of a closet or drawer!!

And doing gardens, sitting in the sun, diving in the water when it isn’t even May!! (another friend told me about that!!)

    Onward, ProBloggers!!

    Hello Kate,
You seem to be an exceptional nurse, there needs to be more like you. I broke my neck in a car accident when I was 15 so I have spent alot of time in hospitals for different reasons and the nurses who truly love what they do, are there because they sincerely want to help and be of service to their patients and have good, loving energy about them, are like jewels. You are so much appreciated. I am on a spiritual journey of self healing myself. Healing paralysis, because I believe in the power of manifestation. Any suggestions, tips or just words of encouragement, prayers, positive energy, would be very much appreciated.
