We need to have not only a body health, we need a mentally health, and discipline as well. I truly believe that in each act of our life there is a good part, and a bad part, but the optimists are the winners. Simply because an optimist dream big and finally he gets done 40-80%, an optimist see only the negative part, doesn’t dream at all… and nobody will give him as a present that minimum of 40% which an optimist gets with his attitude and hard work.
