Welcome to the promise of 2010, a new year, a new decade. The feelings of potential are wonderful to relax into and to cherish.

I know that life challenges will arise, and have solutions as to how to deal with these.

1) Arise early in the day to write my Daily Prayer For Healing
2) Walk every day with my dogs
3) Play my violin at least three times a week
4) Communicate with like-minded people
5) Commit to loving thoughts continuously
6) Allow all the good in the Universe to be my constant companion
7) See the good in all people
See the good in every situation
9) Seek balance in solitude and the company of people
10) Cherish the time that I have here on Planet Earth

and, probably, important one for mose of

Kate,
I love that list, your positive attitude, your openness, and the impulse for helping.
We need to have not only a body health, we need a mentally health, and discipline as well.

I truly believe that in each act of our life there is a good part, and a bad part, but the optimists are the winners.
Simply because an optimist dream big and finally he gets done 40-80%, an optimist see only the negative part, doesn’t dream at all… and nobody will give him as a present that minimum of 40% which an optimist gets with his attitude and hard work.
Did you notice that the pessimist people are not hard working? Why? Well, they don’t believe in themselves.
