This week really was emotionally overwhelming and fulfilling as well, when Barak Obama
was sworn in as President. Harmony was experienced by 2 million people in Washington
as well as the rest of the world.
The morning after the Inauguration, I got out of bed, looked out the window and saw the
first Wild Turkey of my entire life.
At first she was so still, she looked like a statue.
But lucky me, I had my iPhone on my bedside table!
I took Pics of her in my yard:
First picture shows her still and silent presence;
Second picture show just how beautiful this winter morning really is,
on the beautiful Conestoga River.
And here she is in the tree, after my dogs chased her there.
The Wild Turket could have been America’s symbolic bird instead of
the Bald Eagle.
But on this morning, this beautiful turkey was my very own American
symbol, in a world without end, with promise of One Harmonious World.
