Is Customer Service Really All About Hospitality?
Well, yes.
Last week, I joined five of my fellow co-workers in a four hour Customer Service
extravaganza whereby we sang, danced and told stories.
This was truly meaningful to all those attending, and nearly the whole staff showed up,
which is quite unusual.
Here’s my take on this wonderful experience!!
