This is a spiritual practice that supposedly Ramani Maharshi originated.
We did this when I was studying with Leonard Laskow during a 5 day Holoenergetic Healing training.
We sat in a room near Toronto, Canada and sat facing partners, asking, “Who Am I?”
It was pouring down rain and almost black, like the night, outside.
By asking this question, over and over again, I felt like an amazing spiritual force took over my psyche, and I could no longer define myself with words, labels or definitions.
Of course, this is quite the relief.
But the “real world” wants you to define yourself in these ways.
Don’t worry–I will spare you.
I am a seeker of happiness and happiness is always here and now.
I am a soul traveling through this physical dimension, having a great time.
I am the weeds I pulled out of the garden today.
I am the water in the river I swam in today.
I am the beautiful clouds and the raging storms that surface through the seasons.
I am just-Me!!
I Love You and Thank You!!
